Tax Services: Income Tax, GST and TDS

We handle direct and indirect tax work for individuals, families, firms, LLPs and companies: structuring and planning, routine filing, and representation when the tax department raises a query. Our aim is that tax is planned before the year ends, filed correctly and on time, and defended properly if questioned.

India’s income tax law is moving from the Income-tax Act, 1961 to the Income-tax Act, 2025, which applies from 1 April 2026. We help clients understand what the change means for their filings, forms and deductions.

How we work

  3. We prepare computations and returns and share them for your approval before filing
  4. We file, track refunds or demands, and keep records for future reference
  5. If a notice arrives, we assess it, draft the reply and represent you

Frequently asked questions

Which income tax return form do I need?

The form depends on your income sources. Salaried individuals with simple income use the simplest form, while those with capital gains, foreign assets, business or professional income need other forms. Using the wrong form can make the return defective, so we confirm the correct one before filing.

Should I choose the old or the new tax regime?

The new regime has lower rates but allows very few deductions. The old regime can work out better if you claim large deductions such as housing loan interest or significant investments. We calculate your tax under both and recommend the lower one.

When is GST registration mandatory?

GST registration is generally required once aggregate turnover crosses the threshold, which for most states is ₹40 lakh for goods and ₹20 lakh for services. Some businesses must register regardless of turnover, such as those making inter-state supplies of goods or selling through e-commerce platforms.

I have received an income tax or GST notice. What should I do?

Do not ignore it, and do not reply in a hurry. Note the deadline, then have the notice reviewed to understand what is being asked and why. Most notices can be resolved with a clear reply and supporting documents. We can review the notice and prepare the response.

What happens if TDS is deducted but not deposited or reported correctly?

Late deposit attracts interest, late filing of TDS returns attracts fees, and errors mean the deductee cannot see the credit against their PAN. We file corrections and reconcile TDS records to fix these issues.
