HNI Tax and Wealth Structuring Advisory
We advise high-net-worth individuals and families on the tax side of their wealth: how income and investments are taxed, how to report them correctly, and how to structure holdings and family transfers in a tax-efficient and compliant way.
We do not sell or recommend investment products. Our role is independent tax and compliance advice that works alongside your investment advisers, bankers and lawyers.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to report foreign assets in my Indian tax return?
If you are a resident and ordinarily resident in India, you generally must report foreign assets such as overseas bank accounts, foreign shares, ESOPs and property in your return, even if they earn no income. Failing to report can lead to heavy penalties under the black money law.
Are gifts from family members taxable?
Gifts from relatives as defined in the income tax law, such as parents, siblings and spouse, are generally not taxable for the recipient. Gifts from non-relatives above a threshold can be taxable. Gifts should still be documented, and income later earned on gifted assets may be clubbed in some cases.
Do you give investment advice?
No. We advise on tax and compliance. For investment recommendations you should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser; we are happy to work with them on the tax side.
